McCloskey & Associates, Inc. is a full-service legal videography company located in Saint Petersburg, Florida.  We focus solely on all legal videography.  Our belief is that quality service is the key to maintaining our clients trust and confidence in our work.

All videographers have been certified by the American Guild of Court Videographers as CCVS.  As a certified member we understand the Federal Rule of Civil procedure 30(B)(4), in addition to the State and District Court rules.  These state there are certain things which cannot be included in legal video evidence that will be introduced into a trial.  With this you will be assured your video cannot be impeached and thrown out of court.

Recognizing the requirements of Rule 30 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedures, the Rules 1000-1007 of the Federal Rules of Evidence, in addition to the State and District Court rules, and understanding there are certain things which cannot be included in legal video evidence that will be introduced into a trial, the AGCV has dedicated itself to training professional legal videographers in all aspects of video recording visual evidence, including the final preparation of the evidence so that it cannot be impeached and thrown out of court.

Each videographer is a notary public.  This means we are able to swear in witnesses if needed. We are also officers of the court and considered a disinterested third party as well as being bonded and insured.
